"The check in process was easy, the staff were helpful and efficient. The room was not what we expected at all, not like the pictures. The carpet was extremely dirty, there were dirty socks under one of the bed that did not belong to us. There were stains on two of the pillows and one of the sheets. The bathroom was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned. Very disappointed in the cleanliness, I'm not usually too picky about that but this was the worst I've seen."

"Thank you so much for an awesome stay. The Inn was close to all the shops and the main St. Tina was so good to us! Thank you for the best fish and chips we ever had, the halibut was amazing! A wonderful birthday, Alert Bay we can't wait to come back and visit!"

"Beautiful view. Clean room with comfortable bedding. Dated building and old carpet in room. No restaurant facilities even though it is listed as having one."
